iMedia Connection reports and I couldn’t agree more. This is not the first time the travel industry is leading in the adoption of web based innovation. Let’s remember that travel was the leading category in the first wave of the web and remains the largest vertical online today. The social aspect of web 2.0 is tailor made for travel and tourism. What other subject are people more interested to write about and research what others are saying than vacations and trips in general. Travel will remain at the forefront in the adoption of future web developments.
